Rich dark chocolate with a high percentage of cocoa solids. Also known as couverture, rich
chocolate flavor without the bitterness of bittersweet chocolate. Excellent for truffles and
recipes calling for high quality chocolate. This Belgian chocolate has some dairy ingredients and
therefore should not be used for the lactose sensitive or for vegan recipes. This is chocolate we
use for our recipes and molded designs.
